With expertise in caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, our team creates a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow through connection, creativity, and play.
Our Qualified, Caring Educators
The Aspen Center for Child Development team brings expertise in caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a group setting. Our educators are professional, highly trained, and deeply passionate about their work in Early Childhood Education.
All staff members complete required hours, coursework, and ongoing training to meet State Licensing requirements. Every team member is certified in infant and child CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions.

Teachers serve as guides in the classroom, designing learning opportunities based on children’s interests, strengths, and natural curiosity.
By using each child’s passions as catalysts for exploration, discovery, and problem solving, teachers co-construct authentic and meaningful learning experiences alongside children.

Every classroom at Aspen Center uses a co-teaching model that emphasizes collaboration, reflective practice, and shared leadership.
Weekly planning between co-teachers ensures children are offered thoughtful, intentional, and play-based learning experiences tailored to their developmental needs.

Throughout the school year, staff participate in ongoing professional development focused on best practices, creativity, innovation, and current trends in education.
Monthly staff meetings provide opportunities for:

- shared learning across classrooms
To support continued growth, Aspen Center closes once each semester for in-service days and during the summer for a staff retreat. These dates are shared with families in advance on the school calendar.
